Nothing real suprising in this report. Disapproval of Congress seems to always be high and during a controversial war it will be even higher. Perhaps someone should try to pull voters and see what, if anything, Congress gets a high approval rating for. Finding positives should prove more insightful than rehashing the negatives we all know about.
