No time for change...

Do you agree? Is Bob right? Should we make voting mandatory or change the election date? Are the middle class the group being taken lightly?

Usually I'd say yelling is not going to get anything accomplished, but Bob's energy and passion caught my attention.

I do agree with him that the middle class does keep this country running, and he makes a very good point. We should give everyone a "holiday" to vote. So that people who are the foundation of our country can have a say in who's leading it.

While Bob's delivery method for his message is obnoxious, he does have a point.

The working middle class is the glue that holds this country together, but they dont always have the time or funds to really make a difference.

Changing the election day to a monday and making it a holiday should really be a topic of discussion among politicians because it would at least encourage more middle class citizens to vote. Making voting mandatory is a bad idea though because there is no logical way to enforce this, and you dont really want to force people who know nothing about the candidates or the election to vote simply on who's name looks cooler.
