It's is actually kind of humorous what the candidates will do for votes. Hillary Clinton is putting on all these facades just to try and get a few votes. The lengths these people will go to is absurd. First it was the story of Hillary living through sniper fire in Bosnia and now it's her trying to fit into the rural image by drinking. What's most amazing is that people actually believe this stuff.
Does she actually think that people will buy into her small girl image? None of the presidential candidates "came from the people." They've all grown up as priveliged people since they were children.
Hillary is a good example as to why I'm not a fan of politicians. None of them seem like "real" people, and when they try it just looks ridiculous. The one thing I really don't like is that Hillary is trying this hard to get votes, making up things and stretching the truth.
Sometimes I think that by trying to come across as someone they are not to win votes politicians actually lose more votes then they win. It takes a small piece of my respect away from her. If people are voting for Hilary Clinton they want her as president not the dishonest image she sometimes portrays to win the votes. It is like the people that act differently around different people to attempt to receive their friendship. That kind of friendship does not last.
I'm surprised the media hasn't turned the footage of her downing some pizza and beer into a story about how she is fighting alcoholism...
I agree that she is losing votes instead of convincing people to vote for her. (this is kind of unrelated, but...) I really don't understand how you can imagine being shot at and repeating that story to the world. Did she honestly think people couldn't look that up? Wouldn't it have been first page news if the first lady and her daughter were being shot at? I don't understand Hillary Clinton.
I am not dah-uummb, and I know for a fact a lot of other people are not either. I did see on TV when Hill was doing some shots, and I don't think it will make me want to vote for her. It is truly amazing, as everyone has said previously, how the candidates and other politicians think we, the public, are stupid enough to believe that what they are doing to try and convince us that they are "real" is legitimately being themselves. I cannot stand politicians!!!!(Oh, and that small town girl Hillary Clinton)
being a home town girl doesnt make a difference, everyone knows that she came from money and will never truly have that small town image. to be honest she comes off as really cold hearted.

Very good points by all the previous people. Not only is Hilary not a good candidate because she cannot seem to just pick something to be, but she likes to tell lies! Why vote for a confused liar is what I'm saying. That's why you should vote for O'bama or McCain. It's just smart.
Hillary Clinton seems so fake to me I don't know why people would vote for her. It can't possibly be because of things like this, can it? No matter how rich someone gets they are still normal people and politicians like Clinton try to hard to make it seem like they are one of us. Instead of making decisions about someones character in the moment like everyone else, just step back and look at the whole picture. You know how teachers say "I was in high school once", it's the same thing. By the way, this is just another example of how dumb the Clintons are and hopefully people will realize what phonies they are

One day she's crying the next she's trying to say how she can be a strong president and a force on the global level and now she is trying to come across as your average everyday civilian. I dont know what to believe. If i was a democrat i dont think i could vote for someone who has so many different faces
This is why Obama has picked up so much momentum in the presidential primaries. Hillary gives a speech with a few tall tales and sometimes makes a fool of herself. Obama gives a speech and rallies more voters. Hillary is opening herself to criticism because she tries to infuse herself into the environment. Obama however always presents himself as different but also recognizes the importance of everyone else. Somehow i just dont think that Hillary can be a small town girl and answer calls at 3 a.m. from the white house.
I know hillary didn't come from a farming backround but at least she is trying to relate to voters. I'm not a hillary fan but she does get criticized more than any other canidate. Honestly what could she have done to get some rural votes that the public would deam "credible".

I was listening to Bill O'Reilly today and he gave a good point that no matter what everyone knows Hillary. Everyone has seen her or talked about her in some way. She has always been out in the public and for goodness sakes she was the first lady. I believe most people have already made up their mind about Hillary. It's now just deciding to vote for her or not.
after seeing this cartoon, I saw about 3 different news stations talking about Hil and her "crazy ways". Jay Leno also talked about it and showed a "clip" (Fake) with Obama having champagne(sp?) and proper stuff on his podium during a speech. it made me laugh
