I think this video has a good message. It really shows what kind of a person McCain is and what he believes in. These videos are the ones that allow people to understand a candidate's values. Hillary Clinton's 3 a.m. commercial was simply trying to say she would be a better president but doesn't explain her beliefs or values.

I have to say that this video is very good in portraying a moral message. But I have to question it sometimes... I mean I'm glad to see leaders tell us what they represent and what they try to follow. But it's also something that he is going to have to live up to... If something comes out like things often do in presidential campaigns this message could be turned into a lie. Either way for face value it is a very good message and portrays a great message.

I don't know what the smoke was for, but everything that was said was very insightful. It makes me not only think about McCain, but about the other candidates too. What sort of values do they have, if any, like forgiveness and redemption? Thus far, I haven't seen any of the Democratic candidates be very forgiving of President Bush. Though, I have seen McCain stick by him on some issues. In the long run, this commercial and these values will pay off for McCain.

This is a great ad because a lot of the time people don't vote based on the issues, they vote for someone they feel they can trust. This video shows John McCain has good morals and shows that people can trust him. Things like this will help him earn many votes.

im sorry but i thought this was really corny (might be just because im in a bad mood though) yes it is important for people to know the canidates they are voting for but i didnt think that this was the right way to go about it.

You know, I'm just going to tell you what I think. This commercial does nothing. It has no purpose, just to say McCain follows the honor code. Well how is the Honor Code going to do anything for him when he's president. Does not lying help him as President? No. Does not cheating (how can you cheat as a president?) help him as a president? No. Turning people in? Nope.

This whole honor code thing is not helping McCain at all. It emphasizes as much on the teacher as it does on McCain. Who's running here, McCain or his teacher, Ravenal? I think he needs to reconsider his effectiveness to the youth. We count too.

This is one of my favorite commercials for a candidate that I have seen. It shows the character of John McCain, and everyone can relate to these values in some way. It takes us away from the issues in the presidential race and gives us a different view of McCain

Though this may seem kind of corny, it really does bring a great message. It shows McCain's morals and values, and that is important for the voters to know.

i liked the smoke part, but thats about it. This made him look like a ...... idk kinda like a mamma's boy in my opinion. It was kina like those don't do drugs commercials that are put in such ridiculous context ya know? It just didn't appeal to me and im not sure as to what type of audience it did apeall to.

I love these videos. It puts my faith back into people. It shows how McCain has morals. I know I might be a little gullible to say that he has them, but I believe he does. He is trying to come across as the man of the people.
