After watchin the GOPC I do think that McCain made a good but also risky choice in choosing Palin as his running mate. The speech she gave was very convincing that she was ready to fight against Obama and Biden and was ready to defend what the Republicans stand for. I do also think that it was a good choice in that, possibly all the supporters of Hillary will now come over to the Republican side because Palin is also a woman. Maybe all of those woman voters that were before supporting Hillary will now support the new female in the race. I also believe it could be a risky decision because many reports say that Palin was very briefly interviewed by GOP heads before McCain chose her as his running mate. Maybe they didn't catch something in her past that might make her a weak choice and something that the Democrats can attack and turn against them.
