I don't think that is very fair, I think they should be using the other phrase, and not blaming it on Bush. Bush is just everyone's scapegoat when they don't know the real facts.

There is some blame to go to Bush, but not all of it. Most of it should go to the Democratic Congress that wouldn't let Bush do anything.

While Bush isn't exactly my hero, I do think that sunkissed is right when she says Bush is everyone's scapegoat. He might not be that good of a president, but he's not the only one responsible for our nation's problems.

The president should not be blamed for all the faults of government. The president is powerless without the support of the senate and congress. If you don't like what is happening in the government you can vote to change it. The president, the senate, and congress are supposed to represent the people's interest.

Next to the drawing of Osama Bin Laden there appears to be a cartoon of John McCain. He is bucktoothed, whitehaired, and is standing next to a giant white letter E.

Bush is easy to blame because he's the name and face everyone knows. In reality without the support of the other branches of government none of the decisions he made, that we blame him for, would have been acted on.

"The Democrat controlled congress happens"

I thoroughly enjoyed this picture. Sure, Bush isn't the only one to be blamed. However, congress has only been in democratic hands for two years, verses Bush being in office for eight years. So the majority of the blame belongs to Bush, logically.

(PS, I don't think the person standing next to the E is supposed to be John McCain, since he appears to be wearing glasses...)
