Keep your voice in Congress and vote for Kurt Bullard

By Ricardo Alfonzo Valvarista

Kurt Bullard is the solid candidate in the election for Nebraska’s Second Congressional District seat. Senator Rodriguez is full of cracks, with conflicting views on headline issues. How can any candidate in a split-line election be as faulty as Senator Rodriguez is right now? How are we supposed to trust Mr. Rodriguez’s words? He is a pro-choice Catholic! If that isn’t a direct contradiction, I don’t know what is! How do we know he won’t contradict himself in Congress? How do we know that he will stick to his word and do what’s best for our country?

Kurt Bullard, on the other hand, opposes abortion and is strongly pro-life. A higher minimum wage would only cause inflation and unemployment. If wages are increased, companies looking to minimize costs will hire fewer people which would make it an impossible task to find a job. A study in Chicago showed that an increase in wages could lead to a loss of $350 million in the state’s economy and 10,000 jobs.

Bullard is the family man that I would expect the district needs now. Kurt Bullard is both honest and trustworthy. He cares about each and every citizen of our country. Kurt is the type of person who will listen to your problems and do what he can to help. He is the type of neighbor who will take time out of his own schedule to shovel you driveway or mow you lawn. He puts others before himself. Therefore, he will surely put the country first. If he wins, he brings tradition and good morals to Congress. No exceptions or questioning beliefs. Bullard is the man that takes public opinion with him to Congress.

The election is going down to the wire. With the preliminary standings released, Bullard is staging a pretty nice comeback for the Congressional district seat.

I find it quite funny that, despite the fact that you are running against Mark Rodriguez, you called him SENATOR Rodriguez. So are you calling him the winner of this election?

Well...I would like to inform you that, first of all, you spelled Mr. BULLARD wrong. That's just sad. I sure want a neighbor like Mr. Bulard "who will shovel you driveway and mow you lawn". I believe that it would be your.

Actually, he is running for the House of Representatives and that would make him Represenative Rodriguez or Congressman Rodriguez. The reason the authors wrote Sen. is because he is a state senator for Nebraska. It is not only polite, but respectful to refer to your opponents with the proper surname attached.

First off, I'd like to know who Mr. Kurt Bulard. I thought the Congressional Runners were Kurt Bullard and Mark Rodriguez. Where did this Mr. Bulard character come from. Is he of a different party come to sabotage both the other two candidates;
Not that it's even possible because Senator Rodriguez is such an appropriate candidate for the job. And I'd like to know where You Driveway and You Lawn are at. They sound like a very pleasent place to camp out and/or drive my wonderful F150.
If you are going to make an effective blog or editorial, YOU NEED TO PROOFREAD MAJORLY!!! If totally ruins all legitimacy and effectiveness of the editorial.

Despite a couple spelling errors... this is a good editorial. They are right. If Rodriguez contradicts himself, how is he not going to do it in the future to our country? Bullard (with two l's) has steady views and that he stands true to. He is trying to help protect us from a holocaust, inflation, losing our jobs, and other important issues. Vote Kurt Bullard!!!

PS: Kudos to mr. keller... in your face quarter pounder with cheese.

Oh Isaac... trying to defend yourself by finding silly unimportant spelling errors because you are simply afraid we are going to beat you. :)

Oh Megan.....I am not even in this class, and Isaac,( Mark ) is not contradicting himself. So.. i don't smoke, but does that mean that I am against it completely and would hate anyone who did it? No. If that doesn't make sense Megan.....here's another example, I don't drink and personally I don't like it. Do I think it should be outlawed all together? No. These are exactly the same thing as what Mark in your class represents and believes. He himself when faced with a pregnancy wouldn't want his wife to have an abortion, this doesn't mean he is outlawing the choice for the rest of the women out their to make their own decision. Trying to make the other candidate look stupid by not knowing what your talking about is what is silly. :)

Beef sandwich with onions on the side, I suggest you take your own advice and proofread your comment. Last time I checked, it's PLEASANT, not pleasent, and questions end with a question mark.:)

And I think Kurt Bullard is a wonderful candidate for the election. I agree with Megan. Mark Rodriguez contradicts himself too much. Kurt Bullard is obviously the better choice.

Would you like to enlighten me on how I contradict myself?
