Crime doesn't occur because of people's race, its because of the economic status. Poor areas tend to have more crime...these people are put in this status because we put them there! American's are rejecting people and this is what happens!
all of these questions dealing with crime can be answered by one statement: it starts at the grassroots level. kids that aren't in school, dont have any/good parents, are in bad neighborhoods are going to have a good chance at growing up in a crimeful manner plain and simple, it starts during childhood
