With fifty percent of marriages in America ending in divorce, more and more households are being supported by one parent families. Who determines tradition for American families? We should not allow Mr. Bullard to determine whether we are ‘normal’ enough for America.

Zeratul, I've analyzed several religions, and from my studies Christianity is the most conclusive, unifed and foolproof in its presentation of facts.
Also bear in mind that Judeo\Christian values is one of the longest most popular religions this earth has ever seen.
It has seen more persecution, more trials then any, religion. Period.
And yet still it stands. I think this means somthing, don't you?
But your point remains solid, and (without somehow convincing you the proofs, facts and evidences in the Bible) I cannot argue with your logic.
